Sysmex America Introduces On Demand Middleware Training Tool

Mundelein, Illinois – March 3, 2009 – Sysmex America, Inc., a leading medical diagnostic instrument manufacturer and information systems developer, today announced the availability of the Sysmex WAM eLearning program to its nearly 120 Sysmex WAM middleware user facilities across the U.S. Sysmex WAM eLearning gives customers a standardized, on-demand electronic training tool for new Sysmex WAM users and as a tool to assist with continuing education of existing users.

“Sysmex WAM eLearning enables our customers to learn at their own pace and in their own space. It is readily accessible to any number of trainees at multiple locations,” said Anne Tate, MT (ASCP) SC, Senior Product Manager, Sysmex America, Inc.  Sysmex WAM, formerly known as MOLIS WAM, brings advanced, rules-based intelligence to Sysmex automation systems by consolidating data from multiple instruments and performing expert rules-based functions and results management.

Online instructor-guided training provides a comprehensive functional overview of Sysmex WAM system navigation, a results validation tutorial, a query order tutorial; work flow diagrams and a list of most frequently asked questions.  Sysmex WAM eLearning is available for Version 3.0 customers only and it can be accessed through Sysmex America’s Customer Resource Center (CRC).
