Sysmex America Inc., based in Mundelein, Illinois, is the United States headquarters of Sysmex Corporation, which is headquartered in Kobe, Japan. Sysmex America distributes and supports automated in vitro diagnostic hematology, coagulation and urinalysis analyzers, reagents, and information systems for laboratories and healthcare facilities throughout the Western Hemisphere

We expand the boundaries of diagnostic science as we develop tools and systems to help our customers respond to increasing demands and diminishing resources. Sysmex was the first company to:

• Receive FDA clearance for an automated measurement of immature granulocytes
• Use fluorescent flow cytometry for more accurate and sensitive counting of nucleated red blood cells
• Bring the diode laser to hematology
