Sysmex was the first company to use fluorescent flow cytometry and cell counting methods to reliably detect abnormal samples and reduce false positives. Using a diode laser bench, fluorescent flow cytometry (FFC) provides the sensitivity needed for measuring and differentiating cell types in whole blood and body fluid samples.  Fluorescent technology and hydrodynamic focusing enable the XT-Series instruments to consistently classify normal WBC, RBC, and PLT populations from abnormal populations, thereby decreasing the number of manual processes.  Sysmex XT-Series - take advantage of our experience!
