Lincolnshire, Illinois, March 20, 2014 - Sysmex America, Inc., a global leader in medical diagnostic testing equipment and information systems technology, today announced that is has been named by Center for Companies That Care as a 2014 Honor Roll awardee.  The 2014 Honor Roll, the 12th of the Center’s annual recognition program, honors Sysmex America for its outstanding workplace practices and active community involvement. Sysmex is a global leader in medical diagnostic testing equipment and information systems technology and services hospitals and healthcare networks, reference laboratories and physicians’ offices worldwide.
 
According to Karen Stoneman, Vice President of Human Resources, Sysmex America, Sysmex America demonstrated excellence in the Center’s 10 Characteristics inherent to a “Company That Cares”, including providing competitive compensation and benefits, supporting the pursuit of work/life balance, developing employees and leaders, sustaining a work environment founded on dignity and respect for all employees, and volunteering in the community, among others. Two key components of the 2014 Honor Roll selection process were a written application and employee survey results.
