Culture of Employee Engagement Drives Ranking as National Standards Top Performer
 
Lincolnshire, Illinois, November 12, 2013 -- Sysmex America, Inc. announced today it has been recognized as a National Standards Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune and WorkplaceDynamics, LLC. Sysmex is a global leader in medical diagnostic testing equipment and information systems technology. The company services hospitals and healthcare networks, reference laboratories and physicians’ offices throughout Illinois and nationally.
In surveys conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm focused on organizational health, Sysmex achieved high national standards for its overall culture and levels of employee engagement. Its rating as a top performer was based largely on employee opinions. According to survey results, Sysmex America’s employees feel more connected to the business compared to a benchmark comprised of 15 similarly-sized companies in the Diagnostics, Imaging and Laboratories sector. They also feel more confident in the direction of the company and involved and appreciated in the execution of it business goals versus peer organizations.
