This presentation explores the laboratory’s role at a busy oncology center and discusses how patient satisfaction is greatly influenced by the timeliness and quality of results. Case studies are utilized in this presentation to demonstrate how the advanced clinical parameters available on Sysmex XN Series™ Automated Hematology Analyzers may be used along with the clinical presentation to adjust treatment plans and potentially improve outcomes.
