Our IT and Operations teams are responsible for our end-to-end supply chain, including customer service, accounts receivable, purchasing, facilities management and planning and logistics. Team members support Sysmex clients from the point of sale through the implementation process; customer service; and coordinating the shipment of instruments, reagents and controls. They also develop and support hardware and software tools needed to run the company with maximum efficiency, providing solutions for every functional business area. In addition, our data center and help desk areas support the entire Sysmex organization with such innovative solutions as virtualization and wireless capabilities.
Technical Services
Technical Services team members and field engineers are responsible for the installation, maintenance and technical support of all Sysmex products at client sites. Hematology Information Technology Specialists are in charge of our middleware solutions and provide system engineering, interface development and customer support.  Our goal is to deliver and support our clients for optimal efficiency and accuracy. Our Field Service Representatives have the most direct contact with our clients and are vital to maintaining the technical quality of our products and professional relationships with our customers.
Manufacturing is responsible for producing the reagents used in Sysmex instrumentation. SRA supplies reagents to approximately 32 different countries in North, Central and South America. Responsibilities include production, quality control, quality assurance, production planning and control, supply chain and plant maintenance.
The Marketing and Medical Affairs teams include Product Management, Scientific Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Development, Market Research and Medical Affairs. These teams oversee the overall Sysmex branding and message while promoting and supporting each Sysmex product brand throughout its lifecycle.  Marketing professionals interact with clients, organize and manage medical studies that prove the efficacy of our analyzers and work with researchers and media outlets to publish papers and articles. In addition, marketing supports other departments by developing and conducting surveys and providing copy and research data essential to making sound business decisions.
The Sales teams oversee nationwide sales of our hematology, urinalysis, flow cytometry and information technology solutions to hospitals, reference and research labs and physicians’ offices. Sales professionals are responsible for assisting their customers in the development of laboratory instrument solutions that improve efficiency with the latest technology. 
Regulatory/Quality/Clinical Affairs
Regulatory/Quality/Clinical Affairs ensures corporate compliance with various federal, state and local laws and regulations that apply to the sale and support of medical devices in the Americas. Regulatory organizations these departments interact with include FDA, Health Canada, EPA, Department of Transportation and OSHA. Clinical research associates travel to interact directly with clients and work with new and innovative products.
Administration ranges from finance and payroll to contract compliance and human resources. These teams are in charge of cash receipts and payroll for our operations, as well as recruitment, training, organizational development, performance management, policy and benefit administration and associate relations.
Sysmex America, Inc. (SAI)
SAI is the headquarters for North and South America and based in Lincolnshire, Illinois. SAI distributes and supports automated in vitro diagnostic hematology, flow cytometry and urinalysis analyzers, reagents and information solutions for laboratories and healthcare facilities throughout the Americas. We provide management information tools to extend the boundaries of diagnostic science.
Across the street from the Lincolnshire campus, in Buffalo Grove, is our automated warehouse where analyzers are assembled, packaged and shipped to customers. Another addition to our Illinois locations is the Center for Learning in Vernon Hills, a state-of-the-art production facility with seven TV production studios. This is where we produce and stream live training classes in English and Spanish, produce how-to videos and create webinars and content for our Customer Resource Center.

Sysmex Reagents America, Inc. (SRA)
Sysmex Reagents America, Inc. (SRA) is located in Mundelein, Illinois and and is a state-of-the-art diagnostic reagents manufacturing plant. With more than 53,000 square feet of space, this facility marks a definitive milestone in our company’s strategic initiative to serve our hematology clients through a single point of contact.  As the demand for Sysmex hematology products continues to increase, this plant increases our production capacity. The location in the central region of the U.S., allows us to respond to client needs quickly and efficiently.

Sysmex Canada, Inc. (SCI)
Sysmex Canada was established January 2008 and is located in Mississauga, Ontario. SCI serves hospitals and reference labs in all of Canada and is a direct seller for the complete line of Sysmex hematology, flow cytometry and urinalysis instruments as well as information technology solutions.

Sysmex Latin America, Inc. (SLA)
Sysmex Latin America covers Latin America and the Caribbean, with regional offices in Sao Paulo, Brazil; Miami, Florida as well as scientific and technical support teams in Argentine, Chile, Colombia and Mexico. With the help of these offices, we drive a strong market growth as a major hematology, flow cytometry, urinalysis and coagulation supplier.
