Sysmex America, Inc., together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Sysmex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy. 14. California Privacy Rights

Your Rights Under California Law

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

You may exercise these rights without discrimination. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

D. Our Response to Your Requests

  • We will respond within 45 days.
  • If additional time is needed, we may extend up to another 45 days and will notify you.
  • If provided electronically, your information will be delivered in a portable, machine readable format.

We do not charge a fee unless requests are excessive (more than two requests per year). If we deny your request, we will explain why.
