Sysmex offers extraordinary professional development opportunities through its Field Service Technician (FST) program. Whether you are just out of college, looking for a career change, former military personnel, or you want to obtain further education, Sysmex offers a training program where you get hands-on experience servicing analyzers on our customer sites.

The program provides six to twelve months of training and mentoring that prepares individuals for Level I Service Engineer roles. After completing the training program, candidates supplement service engineers in existing territories until they are promoted to a Field Service Engineer role.
