After continued careful reevaluation of the company’s regional and global reagent and instrumentation supply chains, Sysmex America has confirmed that coronavirus poses no immediate or midterm disruption to meeting distributor and customer needs. 

As part of Sysmex America’s regular business continuity plan, the company maintains a robust safety stock of both raw materials for production and of finished goods ready to ship to its customers. In addition, Sysmex America has business continuity plans supporting warehousing and distribution to ensure we are able to deliver products to its customers. This includes having warehouses in various geographical locations in the Americas and multiple transportation partners. Sysmex has plans in place to address associate health and safety following guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This includes health and safety training and rigorous cross-functional training to support key business functions. Sysmex has disaster recovery plans covering staffing, facilities, IT Systems, and natural disasters and our IT and Telecomm systems fully support teleworking.
